From Seaweed to Sustainability on Air


Assoc. Prof. Dr Gulden Goksen and her Tarsus University team were guests on Turkish Radio and Television Corporation Çukurova Radio’s Genç Yaşam program to talk about their work on food packaging material produced from seaweed within the scope of the SEAFOODTURE project. She and her team shared information about how the project started and the ongoing process of the project, as well as the process of extending the shelf life of food with the food packaging material they produced using seaweed.
